How do you work? Virtual/remotely/face to face?

Some teams we are completely remote. Some we work with closely and become an integrated part of their team, others we have set/regular visits. Others ad hoc as needed.

Services

How quickly can you assist with an urgent employee issue, such as misconduct or a complaint?
keyboard_arrow_down

We generally have a HR expert on hand ready to assist with urgent matters. It's best to reach out as soon as possible to allow our team to jump in when needed.

Are you a recruitment company?
keyboard_arrow_down

No. While we offer recruitment support as a service, we do not consider ourselves recruiters. We do not do commission based recruiting or gate keep the recruiting process.

Our recruitment support service can be as in-depth as you like. We can take care of the entire process or you can step in at certain points and be more collaborative with the process. This approach means you're in control.

The Fine Print

Do I need to commit to a contract or specific timeframe?
keyboard_arrow_down

We don't believe in lock-in contracts. We want to ensure you and our team are working towards making your business the best it can be. If there is no more value we can add to your business, we want to ensure you are not paying for something you do not need.

There are some scenarios where we may need to agree on a short fixed term, then continue on with our rolling 30-day agreement. These scenarios come up when we need a bit more time up front to ensure project success, but our team will be clear if and when this is needed.
